Wigsunique.com is dedicated to our customer's satisfaction. We are aware of the difficulty of purchasing a lace wig online without the opportunity of experiencing it first hand. Often it is difficult to know exactly what you want or what to expect when you receive a wig. Because we want all our customers to be pleased with their purchase we do offer an exchange Policy. Please ready below carefully before placing an order.
If for any reason you receive your wig and are unhappy with it, simply let us know and we'll replace your wig to ensure your satisfaction within 5 days of your purchase. You can even exchange it for a different hair style and length.
Requirements for Returns:
In order to make a return for an exchange the wig MUST be in the same condition it was when received.
Hence:
1) No Lace has been trimmed from the unit.
2) No Adhesives or tape has been used on it.
3) Hair has not been cut, washed, dyed, premed or combed out.
Important Note: Wigs that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. No Exceptions.
Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged merchandise is
not eligible for additional return or exchange. Frequent exchanges will be subject to an approval process
and additional fee.
Due to the specialty of the items, all sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. We do not accept delivery
of returned products. Please take your measurements and other options very carefully. We will make your custom wigs according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for the improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings. Wigsunique.com does not offer returns and/or Exchanges on Custom Lace Wigs.
